Under Article 9? and second paragraph of Article 10*,
both of Law N* 18,045, we communicate to you the following Essential Fact regarding the Stock Exchange
de Comercio de Santiago, Bolsa de Valores (the “Company” or the “BCS”, indistinctly).
We refer to the integration of the ownership of the BCS, of the Stock Exchange
of Valores de Colombia S.A. (“‘BVC”) and Grupo BVL S.A.A. (“BVL Group”), and the platforms
trading, clearing and settlement of their respective markets (the “Regional Integration”)
and the Framework Integration Agreement concluded between various shareholders of the three entities
stock exchanges (the “Shareholders MAI”), which – as reported as information of interest to the
Market- entered into force on May 23 in course having been subscribed by shareholders
representing more than 50%+1 share of the share capital of each of the three entities
Stock.
In this context, it is reported that today, the BCS, BVL Group and the BVC
have entered into a Framework Integration Agreement (“AMI Entities”) under which they have entered into
various obligations aimed at improving Regional Integration under the terms of the
AMI Shareholders, all in accordance with the Execution Itinerary and the Improvement of the
Regional integration provided there.
Finally, depending on the progress made in the
Regional Integration, the market will be informed in a timely manner.
