on the Securities Market, and General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, I comply with informing you as an essential fact with respect to the Santander company
S.A. Sociedad Securitizadora (hereinafter the “Company”), which by public deed dated 10
August 2022, granted at the Notary of Santiago of Mr. Eduardo Diez Morello, Scotiabank Chile,
in its capacity as Representative of the Holders of Securitization Debt Securities of the
Separate Equity N*1, has signed “Declaration of Payment of Issuance of Debt Securities of
Securitization of Separate Patrimony N*1″, in which it is recorded that to date
are fully paid all the bonds belonging to said patrimony,
extinguishing all derivative obligations for the Company.
