In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, on
Securities Market, and General Standard No. 30 of the Market Commission
Financial, I comply with informing you as an essential fact regarding society
Santander S.A. Sociedad Securitizadora, hereinafter the “Company”, which in session
extraordinary board meeting held on July 13, 2022, a meeting has been summoned
Extraordinary Shareholders of said company for July 25, 2022, at 11:00

actions.
