I comply with informing you as an essential fact with respect to the company Santander S.A. Sociedad
Securitizadora, hereinafter the “Society”, which on April 18 of this year was held in the
offices of the Company, located at Calle Bandera N* 140 piso 14, Santiago, remotely, at 3:00 p.m.,
the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the Company, in which the following resolutions were adopted:
