Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045,
on the Securities Market, and the General Standard N? 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, I comply with informing you as an essential fact with respect to the Santander company
S.A. Sociedad Securitizadora (hereinafter the “Company”), the holding of the Meeting of Holders of
Securitized Debt Securitized Securitized Debt Securities corresponding to Series C of Separate Equity N*6 of the
Company (hereinafter the “Meeting”), held on February 21, 2023 at the offices of the
Representative of the Bondholders (Scotiabank Chile), located at Avenida Costanera Sur N*
2710, Tower A, 4th floor, commune of Las Condes, began by video call and through
the electronic platform called “Microsoft Teams” at 10:30. The Broadcast is
registered in the Securities Registry of the Commission for the Financial Market, under date N* 247
15 March 2001.
The decision to hold such a meeting was agreed by a
Board of Directors of the Company dated January 25, 2023, which was reported to the Representative of
the Bondholders, who made the summons notices in the “Diario Estrategia”, on the days
1, 3 and 7 February of this year.
At the Meeting it was agreed to terminate Separate Patrimony N*6 and declare
extinguished the payment obligations that the Issuer has with the holders of the Debt Securities.
