In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045,
on the Securities Market, and General Rule No. 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, I come to complement the essential fact dated May 17, 2022 in which
informs about the company Santander S.A. Sociedad Securitizadora (hereinafter the “Company”),
the holding of the Meeting of Bondholders of the Separate Equity N*1 of the Company (in
forward the “Board”), held on May 12, 2022 in the offices of the Representative of the
Bondholders (Scotiabank Chile), located at Avenida Costanera Sur N*2710, Torre A,
4th floor, commune of Las Condes, at 9:32.
The foregoing refers to the Board of Holders of Debt Securities.
corresponding to Series C (subordinate), an issue that is registered in the Register of
Securities of the Commission for the Financial Market under Number 211, dated July 28 of the year
1999.
The decision to hold such a meeting was agreed by a
Board of Directors of the Company dated April 27, 2022, which was reported to the Representative of
the Bondholders, who made the summons notices in the newspaper El Mercurio, the days
April 22, April 28 and May 5 of this year.
