Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045,
on the Securities Market, and General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, I comply with informing you as an essential fact with respect to the Santander company
S.A. Sociedad Securitizadora, hereinafter the “Company”, which on May 12 of the current year will be
held at the offices of the Representative of Bondholders (Scotiabank Chile), located
in Avenida Costanera Sur N*2710, Torre A, 4th floor, Las Condes commune, at 9:32, la Junta
of Bondholders of the Separate Equity N*1 of the Company, in which it was agreed to put
term to Separate Estate N*1 subject to the following copulative conditions:
1. Endorse the contracts of mutual mortgages in judicial collection in favor of
EUROAMÉRICA CORREDORES DE BOLSA S.A., according to the established terms
at the Board.
2. Distribute the remaining cash proportionally among the Bondholders of the
Separate Estate N*1.
