From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 in connection with the
article 9 and section 2 of article 10 of Law 18.045, we hereby inform the following
you as a fact of essential character that today was held the session of the
ordinary meeting of the board of directors of Santander Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de
Funds (the “Company”), at which it was agreed to elect Mr. José Manuel Manzano Tagle as
chairman of the Company’s board of directors.
The Board of Directors is composed of the following directors for the next term: Amaya
Martinez Lacabe, Soledad Ramirez Aravena, Jose Manuel Manzano, Jorge Valencia de la
Cerda and Emiliano Muratore.
