you, as an essential fact, that in the Ordinary Directory that took place on the day
of yesterday, December 21, 2022, Mrs. Amaya Martínez Lacabe has been appointed in the
position of Director in replacement of the vacancy left by Mr. Luis García-Izquierdo.
This situation has no effect on the management company, its financial situation or
