to inform about the new regulations on quotas of Mutual Funds or
Investment of deceased participants.

Communicates new regulations on quotas of Mutual Funds or
Investment Funds of deceased participants
To keep you informed of developments related to your investments, such as
participant of mutual funds or contributor of investment funds managed by Santander
Asset Management, Administradora General de Fondos (AGR), we inform you according to
Law No. 21.433 and General Rule No. 488 of the Market Commission
Financial, the following:
From March 19, 2023, Santander Asset Management must proceed with the rescue
o disposal of shares of mutual funds or investment of deceased participants who do not
have been registered in the name of the respective heirs or legatees within 10
years, counted from the death of the respective participant. The amounts rescued or
disposed of, together with dividends and other profits not received by unit-holders
within five years from the date of payment determined by the AGF
for the respective investment fund, they will be delivered to the National Board of Bodies of
Firefighters of Chile.
Exceptionally, the information to be sent to the CMF next March 2023,
shall include the information of unit-holders who fulfil the conditions between 18
March 2022 and December 31, 2022, that is, they have completed 10 years since the
death without having claimed from his heirs or who have not claimed the
dividends and profits in 5 years.
As of December 31, 2022, these obligations are of a permanent nature, of
so that every time the period of 10 years is met since the death of a client
that his share has not been claimed by his heirs or legatees and each time
meet the 5-year deadline since dividends or profits have not been withdrawn
by the participants, these will be delivered directly to Firefighters as indicated in
the Law.
Holders may claim these rights from the AGF until March 18, 2023.
