PRESENT
From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 in connection with the
Article 9 and paragraph 2* of Article 10 of Law 18,045, we hereby inform
to you as an essential fact that the board of directors of Santander Asset
Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), in session
Extraordinary Board of Directors dated October 13, 2022, agreed to make a decrease
of the capital of the Santander Private Debt Investment Fund (the “Fund”), through the
decrease in the value of their dues, for a total amount of $1,568,000,000. Have
right to it, contributors who are registered in the register of contributors of the Fund
five business days in advance of the payment date.
The capital decrease will be paid on October 24, 2022, through
deposit in the account that each contributor indicates in writing to the Administrator or, in his
defect, by means of a bank voucher that the Administrator will make available to the
contributor and may be withdrawn at any branch of Banco Santander-Chile, from Monday to
Friday, between 09.00 and 14.00.
