PRESENT
From our consideration:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 18 of Law 20,712 in connection with the
Article 9 and paragraph 2* of Article 10 of Law 18,045, we hereby inform
to you as an essential fact that the board of directors of Santander Asset
Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), in session of
board of directors dated July 5, 2022, agreed to make a capital decrease of the Fund
of Inversión Santander Private Debt (the “Fund”), by way of the decrease in value
of their quotas, as provided for in the Internal Regulations of the Fund, in an amount
Total of $8,850,000,000. They will be entitled to this, the contributors who are registered in the
registration of contributors to the Fund five working days in advance of the date of payment.
The capital decrease will be paid on July 12, 2022, by deposit
in the account that each contributor indicates in writing to the Administrator or, failing that,
by means of a bank voucher that the Administrator will make available to the contributor and
may be withdrawn at any branch of Banco Santander-Chile, from Monday to Friday,
between 09.00 and 14.00.
