By virtue of the provisions of article 9* and the second paragraph of article 10* of the Law
of the Securities Market, in relation to Article 18% of Law No. 20,712, duly
empowered and on behalf of Santander Asset Management S.A. General Administrator
de Fondos (the “Administrator”), the investment fund’s management company
Santander Rentas Residenciales (the “Fund”), I come to communicate to you as fact
essential that at the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 30
of 2022, in second summons, the following was agreed:

The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator relating to the
management and administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect Mr. Patricio as members of the Supervisory Committee.
Eguiguren Muñoz, Ingrid Derpsch Gebhard and Sergio Espínola Ortega, and set his
remuneration in 20 Unidades de Fomento per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 100 Units of
Development;
It was agreed to appoint as the Fund’s external audit firm
Pricewaterhousecoopers Consultores Auditores SPA; and
It was agreed to appoint Colliers as independent experts or valuers of the Fund.
