PRESENT
By virtue of the provisions of article 9 “and the second paragraph of article 10? of the Market Law of
Values, in relation to Article 18? of Law No. 20,712, duly authorized and on behalf of
Santander Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), a company
administrator of the Santander Small Cap Investment Fund (the “Fund”), I have come to inform you
as an essential fact that in the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on May 30
of 2022, the following was agreed:

The annual account of the Fund submitted by the Administrator, relating to the management and
administration of the Fund and related financial statements;
It was agreed to elect as members of the Supervisory Committee Mr. Gustavo Price Elton, Mr. Igal
Megendzo Weinberger and Fernando Díaz Hurtado, and their remuneration was set at 20 Units of
Promotion per session, with a maximum of 5 sessions;
The expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee of 100 Development Units was approved;
It was agreed to appoint Surlatina Auditores Limitada as the Fund’s external audit firm, with
a contribution of 140 Development Units; and
It was agreed to appoint as independent experts or valuers of the Fund at the discretion of the Committee of
Monitoring and as the opportunity requires, to one of the following consultants KPMG Auditores
Consultores SpA., Econsult and Banmerchant.
