In accordance with the provisions of article 9 “and first and second paragraphs of article 10? of the
Law No. 18.045 and the instructions issued by the Commission for the Financial Market
contained in General Standard No. 364 in relation to the General Standard
N?30, being duly authorized to do so, I come to inform you in fact
essential, with respect to the company San Sebastián Inmobiliaria S.A. (the “Company”), the following:
On April 28, the Shareholders’ Meeting agreed as follows:
1.- The EEFF and Annual Report 2021 were approved.
2.- It was agreed to distribute 65.09% of the profit for the year 2021 this is exactly,
$ 65,000,000, equivalent to $ 6,500.00.- per share of the only series in which the capital is divided, to
to be paid no later than May 30, 2022.
3.- Mr. Francisco Valdivia Bernstein, Mr. José were elected as directors of the company.
Antonio Jiménez Martínez and Mr. José Correa Achurra.
4.- It was approved that the directors will not receive remuneration during the year 2022.
5.- The Board unanimously agreed to appoint KPMG Auditores Consultores Limitada as
the Company’s external audit company for the year 2022.
6.- The newspaper El Líbero was approved as the newspaper in which the publications of the
Society.
