From our consideration:
Salmones Austral S.A. open corporation, registered in the Securities Registry
under N* 1181, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 9? and in the second paragraph of Article 10% of the
Law N* 18.045, and in General Rule N* 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, by means of
this comes to report as an Essential Fact, that with this date, the Board was carried out
Ordinary Shareholders in which the following resolutions were taken:
1) The Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Auditors’ Report were approved
External corresponding to the year between 1? January 2021 and 31 January 2021
December 2021.
2) By unanimity of the issued shares it was agreed not to distribute dividends charged to the
Results for the financial year 2021. Additionally, it was agreed as a dividend policy for the
Fiscal year 2022 Distribute at least 30% of liquid profits. The

3) It was agreed to appoint the firm ESY as External Auditors of the Company for the financial year.

5) It was determined that no remuneration or allowance will correspond to the Directors during the
Business year 2022.
6) Information was provided on the operations referred to in Article 147 of the Companies Law
Anonymous.
7) It was agreed that the Diario Financiero will be the newspaper where the summons notices will be published.
