In accordance with the provisions of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the
General Character No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (the “CMF”), through the

registered under No. 843 of the Securities Registry in charge, the following:
At the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on the same date (the “Meeting”), the shareholders
of the Company adopted, among others, the following resolutions:
1. Increase the share capital from the amount of $183,973,411,233, divided into 449,900,787
shares of the same series, without par value, fully subscribed and paid, in the amount
of $208,973,411,233, divided into 549,900,787 shares of the same series, without par value.
