REF.: INFORMS ESSENTIAL FACT THAT INDICATES.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045, as well as
the provisions of General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, and duly
empowered to do so, I inform you that in a session held with this date, the Directory of
Transmisión del Sur S.A. has agreed to schedule an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting for April 27, 2022 and
Propose to that meeting the payment of a final dividend of $0.0017664551787 per share, charged to earnings
for the year ended December 31, 2021 and an additional dividend of $0.0005380317894 per share, with
Charge to accumulated earnings as of December 31, 2021
In the event that the Shareholders’ Meeting approves the dividend indicated, it will be paid as of the 27th of
May 2022 to shareholders registered in the Company’s Shareholders’ Register on the fifth day
business prior to the date of payment, in accordance with Article 80 of Law 18,046 on corporations.
Dividends shall be paid in cash and the number of shares entitled to receive it shall be
10,139,926,778,628, which means a total payment of $17,911,726,170 for the final dividend and $5,455,602,950
for the additional dividend.
