Essential Fact the following, in relation to Ruta del Maipo Sociedad Concesionaria S.A.
(the “Company”):
That at the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held on March 23, 2023, the
distribution of a total dividend out of existing retained earnings
corresponding to fiscal year 2022, amounting to Ch$28,629,048,000, which were paid to
the shareholders of the Company yesterday.
