From our consideration:
By means of the herein, duly authorized for that purpose and by virtue of the provisions of the
Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10% of Law No. 18,045, on the Securities Market, and in the
General Rule No 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market (hereinafter the
“Commission”), I have come to inform this Commission of the following as an Essential Fact of
Ruta del Loa Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”):
Today, the Company placed dematerialized and bearer bonds on the local market.
Series C (mnemonic code BRLOA-C), charged to the bond line registered in the Register
of Commission Securities under No. 1,056 (hereinafter the “Series C Bonds”). Series Bonds
C accrue annual interest of 3.85%, maturing on June 30, 2050. The average rate
of placement of Series C Bonds was 3.85%.
The placement of the Series C Bonds was carried out for a total amount of 1,927,500 Units of
Development. The proceeds from the placement of the Series C Bonds will be allocated
exclusively for the payment, prepayment or refinancing of loans made under the
Senior Financing Agreement, signed by the Company, Banco Santander-Chile and
Euroamérica S.A., as original creditors, by public deed dated 14
September 2018, granted at the Notary of Santiago of Don Andrés Rieutord Alvarado under
Repertoire N* 28.356/2018.
