From our consideration:
According to what is stated in articles 9 “and 10? of Law 18.045 on the Market of
Securities and General Rule N*461 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, I come to communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following
information of Ruta del Loa Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (the “Company”).
In a regular meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed as
General Manager of the same to Mr. Pablo Anguita Mackay, who began to exercise his
functions from that date, replacing Don Carlos Fuenzalida Inostroza.
In addition, at the aforementioned meeting, Mr. Anguita resigned from his position as Director of the
Society.
For its part, in a special meeting of the Board of Directors held after the session
In the ordinary manner referred to above, the Board of Directors appointed to replace Mr. Anguita to don
José Ricardo González Concha, who will hold the position of director until the next Meeting
