I hereby communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following Route information
of Loa Sociedad Concesionaria S.A., (the “Company”):
In an ordinary meeting held on July 13, the Board of Directors of the Company took
knowledge of the voluntary resignation of Director Ernesto Carrasco Morales. According to
the applicable regulations were appointed in its replacement until the next Ordinary Meeting of
Shareholders, Mr. Mario Ballerini Figueroa.
