According to what is stated in articles 9 “and 10? of Law 18.045 on the Market of
Securities and General Rule N*30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
I hereby communicate to you as an Essential Fact the following Route information
del Bosque Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (the “Company”).
In a regular meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed as
General Manager of the same to Mr. José Ricardo González Concha, who began to
exercise his functions from that date, replacing Don Mario Ballerini Figueroa.
In addition, at the aforementioned meeting, Mr. González resigned from his position as Director of
the Society.
