From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 on the Securities Market and
General Standard No. 475 of the CMF, I come to inform the following as
Essential Fact of Ruta del Bosque Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (the “Company”), in relation to
with the businesses it develops.
Today the Company sent to the Ministry of Public Works the notarization of the
Resolution DGC N*0031 (Exempt) dated June 8, 2022, as a sign of acceptance of its
content, which requires the modification of the characteristics of the works and services of the
Concession Contract for the Fiscal Public Works called “Ruta 5 International Concession
Chillán – Collipulli section” (the “Concession”), which is owned by the Company, for the reasons of
public interest and urgency it indicates.
The aforementioned Resolution extends the term of the Concession until February 14, 2023
even, without interruption. During the aforementioned extension period, the Society
must operate, exploit, conserve and maintain the aforementioned Public Works, in the same
conditions and terms established in the Bidding Rules and other instruments that
are part of the Concession Agreement, except for the modifications and exceptions that in said
Resolution are detailed.
