At a regular meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Company took note of
the voluntary resignation of Director Ernesto Carrasco Morales. In accordance with the applicable regulations,
Mr. José Ricardo was appointed as his replacement until the next Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting
