By means of the hereby, duly authorized for that purpose and by virtue of the provisions of the
Articles 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and the
referred to in General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market,
I have come to inform this Commission of the following as an Essential Fact of the
Bosque Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (hereinafter the “Company”):
On June 15, 2022, an extraordinary meeting of shareholders of the Company was held in
which agreed to request the cancellation of its registration in the Securities Registry as
issuer of public offering securities and cancellation of bond facility registration
registered under N* 479 of the Securities Registry and the bond for fixed amount registered in the
mentioned registration under N* 246.
