In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 “and 10” of Law 18,045 on the
Securities, General Standard N*364 and Commission Circular N*660 for the
Financial Market, I come to inform you as an Essential Fact of the following,
in relation to Ruta de los Ríos Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (the “Company”).
That at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, April 12, 2022, it was approved
the distribution of a total dividend charged to existing accumulated profits
corresponding to the year 2021, amounting to $ 2,856,836,388, which will be paid to the
shareholders of the Company as of April 15, 2022.
