From our consideration:
According to what is stated in articles 9 “and 10? of Law 18.045 on the Market of
Securities, General Standard N*475 and Commission Circular N*660 for the
Financial Market, I come to inform you as an Essential Fact of the following,
in relation to Ruta de la Araucanía Sociedad Concesionaria S.A. (the “Company”) and the
business that it develops.
That at the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting held today, the distribution of a
Final dividend charged to existing accumulated profits corresponding to
fiscal year 2021, amounting to Ch$4,890,951,000, which will be paid to the shareholders of the
Society as of May 26, 2022.
