From our consideration:
By means of the present and in accordance with the provisions of N*V letter A) of the Standard of
General Rule No. 275 of January 19, 2010, as amended by General Rule
N*355 dated December 2, 2013 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today Commission
for the Financial Market, we communicate the following essential fact in relation to RSM Chile
Auditores y Consultores SpA, single tax role 77.205.551-K, company registered in the Registry of
External Audit Companies under N*107 (hereinafter “RSM Chile”).
We inform this Commission that, with this date and by public deed granted in the Notary of
Santiago de Don Félix Jara Cadot, it has been unanimously agreed to transform society from
a joint stock company to a limited liability company. Therefore, and product
of the aforementioned corporate transformation, the new corporate name of the firm will be RSM Chile
Auditors and Consultants Limited.
We make present that RSM Chile will maintain full continuity in its turn and the same unique role
tax, since this transformation is only due to a change of species or social type, made
by reform of its statutes, subsisting its legal personality.
The corresponding legal background will be made available to this Commission of
in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 275, once the
Respective legal formalities.
