this date the incorporation as partners of RSM Chile of Mrs. María Verónica Miranda
Villagrán, national identity card N*15.327.004-K and Mr. Claudio Andrés Vidal Aguilar, identity card
national identity N*16.242.283-9. Both partners of our firm will be entitled to
direct, conduct and subscribe audit reports of Financial Statements.
