By means of the present and in accordance with the provisions of N*V letter A) of the Standard of
General Character N*275 of January 19, 2010, of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance, today
Commission for the Financial Market, we communicate the following essential fact in relation to RSM
Chile Auditores y Consultores SpA, single tax role 77.205.551-K, company registered in the Registry
of External Audit Companies under N*107, hereinafter “RSM Chile” or the “Company”.
MEMBERSHIP
We inform this Commission, that as of October 19, 2022, it is integrated as a partner of the
firm RSM Chile Auditores y Consultores SpA Mr. Alejandro Espinosa González, who will be
empowered to direct, conduct and subscribe audit reports of Financial Statements.
In accordance with the above, Alejandro Espinosa González will become a shareholder of
society.
The legal background that supports the entry of the new shareholder (partner) to RSM Chile
Auditores Consultores SpA will send this Commission in accordance with the provisions of the NCG
N*275, once the applicable legal formalities have been completed.
