RESIDENTIAL SINGLE INVESTMENT FUND MBS
REF: PAYMENT OF INTERIM DIVIDEND
Dear Sir or Madam:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, and with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, being duly authorized to that effect, I hereby notify you, as a material fact, regarding the Residential MBS Single Investment Fund (“the Fund”), the following:
1. The distribution of an interim dividend for a total amount of Ch$12,688,328 Chilean pesos, to be charged to the results of fiscal year 2022, distributed among those contributors who are registered in the Fund’s Series A, B and I registry, in accordance with the following:
To the contributors of Series A of the Fund, for a total amount of $2,806,258, pro rata for the participation quotas they hold, in the total of 25,346 subscribed and paid quotas of said Series.
To the contributors of Series B of the Fund, for a total amount of $6,262,050, pro rata for the participation quotas they hold, in the total of 56,301 subscribed and paid quotas of said Series.
To the contributors of Series I of the Fund, for a total amount of $3,620,020, pro rata for the participation quotas they hold, in the total of 32,250 subscribed and paid quotas of said Series.
2. The payment of this interim dividend will be made as of May 22, 2023, to the Contributors of the Fund who are registered in the registry of the respective Series, at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the payment date indicated, pro rata to the amount resulting from dividing the total amount to be distributed by the number of shares they hold as of the aforementioned date.
3. The payment of the interim dividend corresponding to each Contributor shall be made by means of a current account deposit or electronic transfer, as previously instructed by the Contributors.
