RENTS AND INVESTMENTS BAKER SpA
EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS MEETING
It is reported that at the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Rentas e Inversiones Baker SpA (the
“Company”), held on June 24, 2022, it was agreed, among other matters, the payment of a
Eventual dividend for a total amount of $1,360,000,000, which is equivalent to 4%
of the Company’s accumulated earnings, corresponding in turn to $0.1579 per share.
The aforementioned dividend must be paid in pesos as of June 30, 2022 to shareholders
that are registered in the Register of Shareholders of the Company at midnight of the fifth
business day prior to the date of payment, in proportion to the number of shares held by that
date, in compliance with the provisions of the last paragraph of article 81 of Law N? 18.046,
by cheque delivered to the offices of the Company, or by bank transfer
banking, all in accordance with the usual procedures of the Company, which are known
of the shareholder.
