Ref.: Essential Fact – Summons Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting,
From our consideration:
By means of this, and in accordance with the instructions given in circulars N* 662 and 1737 of
the Commission for the Financial Market and in accordance with the provisions of article nine and first paragraphs
and second of the tenth article of Law 18,045 I come to report, as an essential fact that;
By agreement of the Board of Directors of the company RENTA NACIONAL COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. cited
he Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 28, 2023 at 12:30 p.m. at the address of
Calle Amunátegui 178, 3rd floor, Santiago, in order to deal with the following matters:
1. Approval of the Annual Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the External Auditors,
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022.
The distribution of profits for the year and the distribution of dividends
The appointment of the members of the Board of Directors
Determination of directors’ remuneration
The designation of the External Audit Firm for the financial year 2023
Designation of Risk Classifiers
Take cognizance of the agreements adopted by the Board of Directors in operations with parties
Related.
8. In general, any matter of social interest that is not specific to the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting.

They will have the right to participate in the Meeting, the actions registered five working days in advance of the
celebration of the Meeting.
The publication of the Financial Statements will be made on April 13, 2023 on the website of the
society.
By having the certainty that 100% of the shareholders and with voting rights will participate, the company will not
make notices of summons to the Board in the press.
