By means of the present and in accordance with the provisions of Law 18.045 in articles 9? and 10%,
second paragraph, on Corporations and in General Rule No. 30 of the
Commission for the Financial Market, I inform you of the following:
By agreement of the Board of Directors of the company RENTA NACIONAL COMPAÑÍA DE SEGUROS DE
VIDA S.A. is scheduled to hold an Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting to be held on April 28, 2023 at
11:30 am at the address of Amunátegui Street 178 Floor 3 Santiago, in order to treat the
following matters:
l. Approval of the Report, Balance Sheet, Financial Statements and Report of the company
external audit, corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2022.
The distribution of the profits of the year and the distribution of dividends.
The appointment of the members of the board of directors.
Determination of directors’ remuneration.
The designation of the External Audit company for the year 2023.
Designation of Risk Classifiers.
Take cognizance of the agreements adopted by the Board of Directors in operations with parties

8. In general, any matter of social interest that is not specific to the Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders.
