Extraordinary Meeting of shareholders of Renta Nacional Compañía de Seguros de Vida
S.A.
From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law 18,045 and others
relevant rules and being duly empowered to do so, I inform you, in
representation of Renta Nacional Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A. in essential character,
The following:
By agreement of the Board of Directors of the company RENTA NACIONAL COMPAÑÍA DE
SEGUROS DE VIDA S.A., an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting is scheduled to be held on
May 2, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the address of Amunátegui Street 178 Floor 3,
Santiago, in order to submit to the approval of the shareholders an increase of
capital of the company for an amount of 500,000 Development Units or the one determined by them
Shareholders at the meeting.
They will have the right to participate in the Meeting, the shares registered with five working days of
anticipation of the holding of the Meeting.
For having the certainty that 100% of the issued shares will attend and with the right to
vote, the company will not make notices of summons to the Board in the press.
