In accordance with the provisions of letter b numeral 2 of paragraph | of General Standard N2
475, as well as with the provisions of paragraph 2.2 of Section II of General Standard N2 30 of
The Commission for the Financial Market, and being duly empowered to do so, I communicate to
you in essential fact that, at the Ordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the company held on
April 27, 2023, it was agreed, among other matters, the following:
1. To appoint as directors of the company Servicio de Trenes Regionales Terra S.A. the following
people: Cristóbal Montecino Castro, José Ignacio Acuña Gutiérrez, Jacqueline Herrera Orrego,
Ricardo Montecino Leonard and Fernanda García Polanco, who will serve for a
new period of 3 years, that is, between the years 2023 to 2026;
2. Appoint EY Servicios as external auditors of the company during 2023
Professionals of Audit and Advisories Limited.
