In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and
Section I! of the General Rule N* 30, by means of the present I come to answer the Office
N? 60.553 dated August 5, 2022 (the “Office”) and complement the essential fact of Redmegacentro
S.A. (the “Company”) dated August 3 of this year, regarding the sale of the interest of the
Company in the company Mega Archivos S.A. and its subsidiary HQB S.A.
In this regard, we inform you that, without prejudice to what the Board of Directors of the Company may decide in the future,
the funds received from the sale of the stake in the companies Mega Archivos S.A. and HQB S.A. are
shall be intended to strengthen the Company’s cash position.
