In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the second paragraph of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 and
Section Il of General Standard No. 30, I have come to inform the following in relation to
Redmegacentro S.A. (the “Company”):
The sale of the company Mega Archivos S.A. to the North American company Access has been completed.
in respect of which Redmegacentro S.A. directly owned 50% of the property, an operation that
also included the company HOB S.A., a subsidiary of Mega Archivos S.A.
The transaction was made at a total price of $37,950,500,000, subject to customary adjustments and withholdings.
in this class of contracts, with possible upward or downward effects on the price paid. It is estimated that
Redmegacentro S.A. will obtain an approximate profit of $ 14,000,000,000, before taxes.
This operation meant the closure of the business line of storage and management of documents that
maintained Redmegacentro S.A. and was carried out within the framework of the strategic plan established by the Board of Directors,
which seeks to focus on the company’s core business. In this way, it constitutes a relevant milestone
in the process of maturation of the investment in this business, started in 2010.
