In accordance with the provisions of Article 9 and the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 10,
both of Law 18,045 and in the General Standard No. 30 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, and especially in relation to the Rectification of the Essential Fact uploaded to the system in
yesterday, in which, among other rectifications, Forms N*1 of
Distribution of Dividends, one relating to Series A and one relating to Series B, which contain
a detail of the background to the distribution of the provisional dividend communicated to your
Commission, is that I come to make a new rectification, but this time with respect to the data
contained in these forms, since they contained certain typing errors that have already been
duly corrected in the forms attached to this act.
In all other respects, the Essential Fact and its rectification sent on the day
yesterday.
