From our consideration:
By means of the present and in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph
Article 10 of the Securities Market Law, and General Rule No. 30 of
said Superintendence and duly empowered for this purpose, I communicate to you in character of Fact
Essential, the following:
– At the company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on December 21, 2022,
agreed to distribute a provisional 2* dividend charged to profits for the year 2022,
amounting to $1,584,024,802, that is $0.29474 per Series A share and
$0.32421 per Series B share.
– The payment of this provisional dividend will be made from January 19,
2023, according to the following detail:
a) At the offices of Rebrisa S.A. located at Calle Avenida Las Condes N*
7.700, Office 201A, Floor 2, Commune of Las Condes, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 09:30 hrs. to 17:00 hrs.
b) For those shareholders who have requested it, this dividend will be
deposited in the bank checking account, savings account or sight account indicated
by the same.
They will be entitled to receive this new dividend the holders of shares who are
registered in the respective Registry on January 13, 2023.
The notice referred to in Article 10 of the Regulations on Corporations shall be published.
In the electronic newspaper www.cooperativa.cl, on December 26, 2022.
In addition, and in compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986, issued by the
Superintendence of Securities and Insurance, attached hereto two Forms N* 1 Distribution of
Dividends, one relating to Series A and the other relating to Series B, which contains a
