From our consideration:
By means of the present and in accordance with the provisions of article 9 and subsection
second of article 10 of the Securities Market Law, and the General Rule
N* 30 of that Superintendence and duly authorized for this purpose, I inform you at
character of Essential Fact, the following:
– At the company’s Board of Directors meeting, held on June 20, 2022,
It agreed to distribute a provisional dividend charged to 2022 earnings.
amounting to $0.77231 per Series A share and $0.84954 per Series B share, with
charge, as stated, to the profits of the 2022 business year.
– The payment of this provisional dividend will be made from July 13,
2022, according to the following detail:
– a) At the offices of Rebrisa S.A. located at Calle Avenida Las Condes N*
7.700, Office 2014, 2nd Floor, Commune of Las Condes, Santiago, on Mondays
to Friday from 09:30 hrs. to 17:00 hrs.
– b) For those shareholders who have requested it, this dividend will be
deposited in the bank checking account, savings account or sight account indicated
by the same.
Holders of shares who are entitled to receive this dividend
registered in the respective Registry on July 7, 2022.
The notice referred to in Article 10 of the Regulations on Public Limited Companies shall be
published in the electronic newspaper www.cooperativa.cl, on June 22, 2022.
In addition, and in compliance with the provisions of Circular No. 660 of 1986, issued by the
Superintendency of Securities and Insurance today Commission for the Financial Market, attached
to this two Forms N* 1 Distribution of Dividends, one relating to Series A and the other
for Series B, which contains a detail of the background relating to
Present distribution of provisional dividend.
