From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and
the provisions of General Standard No. 30 and its subsequent amendments, issued by your
Commission, I come to communicate the following supplement to the Essential Fact sent on April 29, 2022,
as instructed by OFORD N*35408 dated May 05, 2022:
(1) With regard to the requirements of letter A) of the Official Letter, it should be noted that, following the transaction between the subsidiary Seguridad
and Telecomunicaciones S.A. and ADT Security Services S.A, a pre-tax profit of amounting to
UF 124,287, an amount that will impact the results of Rebrisa S.A. through equity recognition in a
99.0003% of the amount indicated, for the year 2022.
2) With respect to what is required in letter B) of the Official Letter, we inform your Commission that the process of transfer of
the assets from the subsidiary Seguridad y Telecomunicaciones S.A. to the buyer, will be realized in different
stages, so that the price will be subject to the fulfillment of each of them and, therefore, the utility
expected could undergo certain variations.
