From our consideration:
By means of this, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10? of Law No. 18.045, in the
Circular N*991 and 662 of the Commission for the Financial Market and other current regulations, we inform in
character of Essential Fact that, on April 27, 2023 at 12:30 p.m., the Ordinary Meeting was held
of Shareholders of Reale Chile Seguros Generales S.A. (the “Company”), convened by the Board of Directors for that
date and time and in which one hundred percent of the issued shares with voting rights of the Company participated.
The Ordinary Meeting agreed unanimously of the shareholders, among other matters, the following:

Approval of the Report, the Balance Sheet, the Financial Statements and the Report of the External Auditors of the
Fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.
Do not distribute dividends.
To approve Chapter VII of the Remuneration Policy, relating to the fees of Directors.
To fix the amount of the Remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors.
Designate as the Company’s External Audit Company for the year 2023
PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS (PwC) Consultores Auditores SpA.
Designate as risk classifiers for the year 2023 the companies Fitch Chile Classifier of
Limited Risk and Feller – Limited Risk Rating Rate.
Approve the account on Operations with Related Parties during the financial year 2023.
Select for purposes of social publications, the electronic newspaper El Mostrador.
The details of the resolutions adopted at the Meeting are contained in the respective minutes, which will be sent
opportunely at your Service.
