Ref.: Communicates essential fact.
From our consideration:
By means of the present, and in accordance with the provisions of article 63 of Law 18.046 on
Corporations and other relevant regulations, we comply with reporting as a Fact
It is essential that, at the Board meeting held on March 21, 2023, it was agreed to summon
Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Reale Chile Seguros Generales S.A. for the
next April 27, 2023 at 12:30 p.m., at the registered office, located at Los Militares street
N? 5890, 12th floor, commune of Las Condes, city of Santiago.
Given that it has ensured the attendance of shareholders representing 100% of the
shares issued by the Company with voting rights, publications and so on will be omitted
summons formalities in accordance with the provisions of the Law and the Statutes.
The purpose of the Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting shall be for the shareholders to decide on the
following matters:
First. Examination and approval, where appropriate, of the Annual Report, the Balance Sheet, the States
Financial and the Report of the External Auditors for the year ended
December 31, 2022.
Second. Distribution of profits for the year and in particular the distribution of
Dividends.
Third. Remuneration of Directors.
Room. Examination and approval, where appropriate, of Chapter VIl of the
Remuneration of the Company, on the fees of the Directors.
Fifth. Appointment of External Auditors of the Company for the year 2023.
Sixth. Designation of the Company’s Risk Classifiers for the fiscal year
2023.

Seventh. Information on Related Party Transactions during the
Fiscal year 2022.
Eighth. Information on the Operations of Article 44 of Law 18,046.

Technological means that allow the participation and voting of shareholders who are not
physically present, which the Company’s Administration must have enabled,
duly guaranteeing the identity of such shareholders, or their proxies where appropriate, and
