of Law N*18.045, and in Circulars N* 662 and 991 issued by the Commission for the Market
Financial, hereby, and being duly authorized, we communicate in character
in fact essential of REALE CHILE SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. (the Company), the following:
At its Ordinary Meeting, held on August 31, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors approved
the appointment of the current Operations Manager, Mr. Victor Velasquez Urdaneta, as Manager
of the new Directorate of “Operations € Tl”, as of October 1, 2022. With the same date, the
current Manager of the Management of Tl, Mr. Cesar Alonso Nottaro, will leave his position in Reale Chile
Seguros Generales S.A. to assume new functions in companies of the Reale Group in Spain
