Ref.: Provisional closure of Talca Branch for Maintenance.
From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of article N*9 of DFL N*251, in relation to article 10, second paragraph of the
Law N*18.045, and in Circulars N* 662 and 991 issued by the Commission for the Financial Market, by means of
of the present, and being duly authorized, we communicate as a relevant fact of REALE
CHILE SEGUROS GENERALES S.A. (the Company), the following:
Due to maintenance work in the branch located at 3 Oriente N* 1339, city of Talca, the Company
decided to temporarily close this premises from July 25, 2022 until July 26, 2022
presents year, both days included.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the operation of the Branch has remained in operation, with the equipment
attending remotely, without interruptions and with the usual standards of care.
All of the above has been duly and timely reported to our business partners, brokers and
insured through the website of Reale Chile Seguros Generales S.A. and other communication channels
which the Company keeps at the disposal of all of them. Similarly, the reopening of the Talca Branch
will be informed in a timely manner by the same means.
