Ref.: Communicates essential fact.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of the Securities Market Law, and in use of the powers conferred on me, it is communicated to you, as an essential fact of the Capital Advisors Real Estate Investment Fund – Fundación Parques Cementerios (the “Fund”), that on this date, the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors was held, whose summonses were communicated to the Commission for the Financial Market by Essential Fact on May 12, 2023.
At the aforementioned Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, the following was agreed:
i. Approve the annual account of the Fund, relating to its management and administration, and the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022.
ii. To elect as members of the Fund’s Supervisory Committee for the financial year 2023 Mr. Paul Mazoyer Rabi, Mr. César Muñoz Díaz and Mr. Rodrigo Ravillet Llanos.
iii. Approve an expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee for the year 2023 of UF 200.
iv. Set the remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Committee for the year 2023 at UF 20 for each Committee session that each member attends with a limit of 5 paid sessions per year.
v. Designate Surlatina Auditores Limitada as an external audit firm to examine the accounting, balance sheet and other financial statements of the Fund for the year 2023.
vi. Designate Sitka Advisors and Mario Corbo y Asociados as economic valuers of the Fund for the year 2023.
