Mr. President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values and duly authorized, I communicate to you, as an essential fact that,
with this date the Board of Directors of the company Capital Advisors General Administrator of
Fondos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Administrator”), administrator of the Investment Fund
Inmobiliaria Capital Advisors – Fundación Parques Cementerios (hereinafter, the
“Fund”, agreed to distribute the following dividends to the Fund’s contributors:
i A final dividend in the total amount of $23,248,309,048, charged to
the accumulated results as of December 31, 2021, corresponding to pay
for each fee of the fund the amount of $ 524.- and
ii. A provisional dividend for the total amount of 2,129,616,096, charged to the
Result of the year 2022, corresponding to pay for each installment of the fund
The amount of $48.-
These dividends will be paid to the contributors of the Fund in cash, starting from the
August 11, 2022, by transfer to the bank account informed by the
respective contributor or, if expressly required by a contributor, through
delivery of a cheque which may be withdrawn at the offices of the Company,
located at Apoquindo 2929 Office 1400-A, Las Condes, at the time and date indicated
by the Company for these purposes.

The contributors of the Fund registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the date of payment.
