Ref.: Communicates essential fact.
Madam President:
In compliance with the provisions of Articles 9? and 10% of the Market Law of
Values, and in exercise of the faculties conferred upon me, I communicate to you, in character
in fact essential of the Real Estate Investment Fund Capital Advisors – Foundation
Cemeteries Parks (the “Fund”), managed by Capital Advisors Administradora
General de Fondos S.A. (the “Administrator”), which on this date, held the Assembly
Extraordinary Fund Contributors, whose summons was communicated to the Commission for the
Financial Market through Essential Fact on July 1, 2022.
At the aforementioned Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors, the following was agreed:
1. To amend the following provisions and matters of the Fund’s Rules of Procedure:
a) Article 10 referring to the limits of indebtedness and provision of guarantees.
b) Article 12 regarding the remuneration of the Administrator during the period
liquidation of the Fund.
(c) Article 23 in relation to the replacement of the Administrator, and
(d) Other provisions of the Fund’s rules of procedure, making formal adjustments
to the same, such as, the update of the name of the Administrator and the
Commission for the Financial Market to its current denominations, the
Updating of repealed legal norms and the elimination of repeated paragraphs
or unnecessary legal references.

2. Approve the granting of guarantees on assets of the Investment Fund
Real Estate Capital Advisors Cemeteries Parks Foundation, to guarantee
financial obligations of its subsidiaries.
